I was very happy to see Mario coming back from Italy yesterday. Thus, I rushed to open door for him and gave him the check-kiss. I said that you smell like cheese. He laughed and said that he took something special with him from Italy, especially for party use. Although I was very curious, he insisted that he will tell me latter. 

Today, Mario went to knock my door around 20:00 asked me to go to the kitchen. He showed us a box with 2 kg of Mozzarella and 1 kg Ricotta cheese. Both of them are fresh cheese which Marion wants to share with us the typical food of Italy. 

We ate Ricotta with la baguette and Mozzarella with nothing which both tastes very good and impressive. 

When Maxi went inside the kitchen, he said he has tomato that is excellent with Mozzarella. Then, he sliced the tomato and put Mozzarella above and I picked up Basil to decorate the starter. See….very beautiful meal!

But Mario was not happy, he said we killed Mozzarella. Italian people always has their own opinion toward food.
